We would like to welcome you to Complete Care Dental Clinic, we are an independent dental practice that has been established ten years and we have just expanded our services by offering a domiciliary service for the elderly and people who have no access to gaining dental care.
Going into a residential care home or becoming housebound brings lifestyle change but it need not mean that access to preventative dental care and dental treatment becomes difficult or impossible. All too often dental health, which is a key to a persons ability to maintain their dignity, enjoy their food, smile and speak without discomfort is overlooked when mobility or independence becomes an issue.
At Complete Care we aim to provide a first class, on site, private dental service for all our patients.
What we do
All patients first consultation will cost £35.00, which includes a thorough examination of all teeth, gums and soft tissues, oral cancer screening plus preventative oral hygiene advice where appropriate aswell as a denture assessment if required. The dentist will then draw up a treatment plan if any further treatment is required which will be sent to the patient and family for them to decide if they wish to proceed with the proposed treatment.
Further treatment may be carried out there and then provided that all the sufficient medical history is available, if this is the case a written estimate will be given and as long as it is authorised the treatment may go ahead.
Treatments are priced on complexy and the length of time required to complete them. We offer the majority of dental treatments available in a conventional dental surgery provided that the dentist judges a treatment safe to carry out in a home environment.
All the staff at complete care dental clinic are qualified dental professionals and are all registered with General Dental Council and carry their own indemnity insurance, a legal requirement for all Dental Professionals. All of the dental laboratories we use are based in the UK AND ALL Dental Technicians are registered with the General Dental Council.
As part of the legal requirements of dental practice we are registered with Data Protection to ensure all of the information we have about our staff and patients is stored securely and correctly.
The Practice is also registered with the Care Quality Commission to ensure all of our service users, patients and staff are respected, supported and cared for in an appropriate manner. If you would like to see our report go to www.cqc.org.uk
